Field Day Shines Bright in the U.S Market

Carryduff-based Irish home fragrance brand Field Day Ireland has expanded into the US market with a lucrative deal supplying products via the online store of Anthropologie; one of America’s most sought-after clothing and home furnishing retailers.
This latest contract with Anthropologie is one of many recent achievements for the business who currently employ 10 at their facility in Moneyreagh.
Alix Mulholland, Creator and Company Director of Field Day Ireland and Field Apothecary explains: “We are undergoing a significant period of growth in the business. Not only are we entering in to the American market we have recently employed three new members of staff in as many months. We were also delighted to achieve the Image Interiors & Living Design Award 2018 for our Field Apothecary ‘Rain’ luxury candle which has strengthened the brand further. We are much more than a fragrance manufacture; our job is to create scents that evoke emotions and memories that our customers can relate to. Our brands, and indeed the business, is stronger than ever and we have ambitious plans for further growth which will see new markets and further job opportunities.”
Speaking at a recent business engagement visit by Lisburn & Castlereagh City Council the Chairman of the Development Committee, Alderman William Leathem, said: “To see the growth that Alix and her team have achieved is encouraging for other local businesses who are looking to new markets to grow.
