Complete ‘Your LCCC’ survey for chance to win £200 voucher and help drive service improvement

April 14, 2021

Lisburn & Castlereagh City Council has launched a survey to help understand customer needs in relation to digital services and communications.

Chair of the Development Committee, Alderman Jim Dillon MBE encouraged everyone to complete the survey: “At Lisburn & Castlereagh City Council, we are committed to continually improving our services to you. We are currently looking at how we use technology to improve efficiency, ease of access to services and communications.

“Your views are vital to helping inform this digital journey. Over the past year, digital has changed the way we all live, work, shop and access services. I would encourage everyone to complete the survey so we can plan our digital future together.

"The survey is for anyone living, working, owns a business or visits the Lisburn Castlereagh area. It will take you five minutes to tell us what you think and this will help inform our next steps as we work to maximise the use of technology to create the best possible customer experience for you.

"So whether you’re using our Household Recycling Centres, Leisure Centres or anything in between, we would love to hear your views.

"We are also very aware that digital is not for everyone. This survey will help us to understand all needs and to ensure that no-one is left behind. We are committed to meeting the needs of everyone.”

The ‘Your LCCC’ survey is online now with telephone surveys also underway.

All those who complete the survey will be entered into a prize draw where two lucky people will win a £200 voucher to spend at either Forestside or Bow Street Mall.
