The Mayor of Lisburn and Castlereagh City Council, Councillor Uel Mackin and Chief Executive, Dr Theresa Donaldson warmly welcomed Mr Shailesh Vara MP, the Parliamentary Under Secretary of State Northern Ireland Office, to Lagan Valley Island. Views on the council's vision for the area, growth, investment and community planning were discussed.
