Lisburn Castlereagh at Westminster - Making the right connections

Building upon the success of MIPIM UK, Lisburn & Castlereagh City Council’s Investment team, in partnership with Lagan Valley MP, Sir Jeffrey Donaldson, will make all the right connections at Westminster, 16th March.
Pictured at one of the City’s latest developments launching the Lisburn Castlereagh at Westminster event, 16th March, are the Chairman of Lisburn & Castlereagh City Council's Development Committee, Councillor Uel Mackin; Lagan Valley MP, Sir Jeffrey Donaldson and Chief Executive of Lisburn & Castlereagh City Council, Dr. Theresa Donaldson.
The event is aimed at promoting Lisburn Castlereagh City as an ideal investment location as well as connecting local companies with their customers based in Great Britain.
Business leaders together with investors and senior politicians will gather at the prestigious event at Westminster Palace to learn of investment opportunities across the council area and discover Lisburn & Castlereagh City Council’s ambitious vision for economic growth.
Chairman of the Council’s Development Committee; Councillor Uel Mackin, is encouraging local businesses to attend: “Our Westminster event is a valuable opportunity for businesses within Lisburn and Castlereagh to come along and meet with customers or indeed potential customers to do further business. Many of the businesses located here work regularly with customers in Great Britain and specifically London. We want to see more of these relationships develop and the right connections formed.”
Speaking about the investment opportunities Lagan Valley MP, Sir Jeffrey Donaldson, said: “We have so much to offer in Lisburn Castlereagh; we are ideally located, have a strong skills base and already are home to world leading multinational companies. With an exciting local offer for businesses to grow and for new businesses to locate here, I am delighted to support the council with their vision of driving sustainable economic growth.”
Lisburn & Castlereagh City Council, Chief Executive, Dr. Theresa Donaldson, said: “The Lisburn Castlereagh at Westminster event is part of the council’s investment growth plan highlighting the vast potential that exists within our area.
