Lisburn Bowl launch new restaurant Blaze Grill – Fed by Fire

The official launch of Blaze Grill restaurant recently took place. The new addition to Lisburn Bowl has been much anticipated and the opening did not disappoint.

The launch was attended by The Mayor of Lisburn & Castlereagh City Council, Councillor Uel Mackin along with other local elected members, family and customers. Guests enjoyed a spectacular food and drinks reception with entertainment provided by Mississippi Boombox.

Alderman William Leathem, Chair of Lisburn & Castlereagh City Council’s Development Committee attended the event and remarked “We welcome Blaze Grill to our City, we are delighted that this vibrant restaurant has decided to open here. This is another sign that the Lisburn economy is thriving.  We wish the company every success and many happy years of trading.”

Chairman of the Council’s Leisure & Community Development Committee, Alderman Paul Porter said, “I would also like to welcome Blaze Grill to Lisburn Bowl. I’m sure it will enhance the already great leisure offer in Lisburn City Centre.”

Operations Manager Aoife Loughran commented, “We are thrilled to present Blaze Grill – Fed by Fire. The new restaurant is a beautiful space to come and enjoy a meal with family and friends. We are very proud of our new venture and it’s not what you would typically expect in a bowling alley or entertainment complex. Blaze Grill offers a more comfortable and stylish experience at prices all the family can afford.”

Aoife continues, “We want people to call in and see the beautiful furnishings, enjoy dinner, cocktails, wine or a beer, or simply have some fantastic cake and coffee. Customers don’t have to go bowling in order to be able to dine at Blaze Grill. The restaurant has its own entrance so whilst we welcome visitors to the centre, bowling isn’t a must.”

Blaze Grill is located at Lisburn Bowl, Lisburn Leisure Park and is open 7 days a week from 12 noon daily offering a range of foods to suit all.
