Lagan Valley Island lit up to mark World Down Syndrome Day

Chairman of the Council's Corporate Services Committee, Alderman James Tinsley; Vice-Chairman, Councillor Amanda Grehan and Councillor Vasundhara Kamble at Lagan Valley Island which was this week lit up yellow and blue to mark World Down Syndrome Day on Monday 21st March 2016.
