Loughview Park Cemetery, Dundrod - Issue of Decision Notices

Application Nos: LA05/2016/0700/O and LA05/2017/0974/F

Proposal: LA05/2016/0700/O – Site for a new cemetery including ancillary reception building, maintenance depot, attenuation pond, bridges, new vehicular access, parking, waste water treatment works, associated infrastructure works and demolition of existing farm buildings.

Location: Land north of No.10 Quarterland Road, between Carnaghliss Road and Quarterland Road, Dundrod.

Proposal: LA05/2017/0974/F - Construction of an access road to serve the proposed cemetery development, including associated site works and landscaping.

Location: Land north east of no. 29 Carnaghliss Road, Dundrod.

Decisions: Both applications have been refused.

Note: A large volume of correspondence was received about the above two planning applications. Individual letters advising of the decisions will not issue. Instead all interested parties will be informed of the decisions by way of notification on the Council and Planning Portal Websites, as well as by way of notice in the Belfast Telegraph on 12 October 2018.
