The 'Made in Lisburn Castlereagh' Coffee Dock counts down to Christmas

The ‘Made in Lisburn Castlereagh’ Coffee Dock at Lagan Valley Island in Lisburn is giving customers an early festive treat with a free homemade mince pie for anyone purchasing a hot drink before December 22nd.

 

The Coffee Dock, located in the rotunda area of Lagan Valley Island is open from 0800-1400 daily, with self-service tea and coffee available in the afternoon. It offers the perfect opportunity for visitors to Lagan Valley Island or The Island Arts Centre to take time out and relax. 

 

As well as tea and Organic Fair Trade coffee, the Coffee Dock also offers a range of locally produced pastries and freshly baked goods, plus soup and gourmet sandwiches, wraps and salads.

 

Cllr Scott Carson, Chair of the Corporate Services Committee at Lisburn & Castlereagh City Council, “This special offer is a chance for the Council to say thanks in some small way to the residents of Lisburn and Castlereagh who use our services throughout the year.

 

I can also confirm that I have carried out the very important role of taste testing the mince pies and they are delicious!!”
