Performance Improvement Plan 2016/17

Lisburn & Castlereagh City Council would like your views on its Performance Improvement Plan for 2016/17; which details some of the Council service advances that we intend to make for our citizens over this time.

Part 12 of the Northern Ireland Local Government Act 2014 puts in place a new framework to support the continuous improvement of Council services.  The Council has 5 key objectives on which the Performance Improvement Plan is based and we are keen to hear your thoughts on the themes outlined in the document.
