Musical Christmas Cracker at Irish Linen Centre & Lisburn Museum - Saturday 15th December, 7pm

The Irish Linen Centre & Lisburn Museum will host a musical Christmas extravaganza on 15th December 2018 at 7pm.  The evening will feature festive music from award-winning brass band Dynamic Brass, local author and rising literary star Colin Sloan and harpist Ursula Burns.  Tickets must be booked in advance and are £15, with £10 to the Mayor’s Charity.  Entry includes a light supper.  

The Mayor, Councillor Uel Mackin, speaking about the event, said: “The run-up to Christmas can be a very busy period, and I think it is good to take some time to relax and enjoy an evening of festive music and entertainment.” 

Alderman Paul Porter, Chairman of the Council’s Leisure & Community Development Committee, added: “We are delighted to be hosting this event in the Museum and for such a worthy cause: the Mayor’s Charity, Cancer Fund for Children.”
