July 20, 2020

MSquared Accountancy, an established accountancy firm in Lisburn has demonstrated sound business sense after recently acquiring local accountancy practice, P.A Stanney & Co.

Celebrating five years in business and speaking about the recent business expansion, Melanie Coey Owner of MSquared Accountancy, said: “I am delighted to have worked with Tony Stanney to acquire the business and to invest in a local firm that provided excellent accountancy services for over 30 years. The recent expansion will enable us to extend and expand our service offering in the local area. We offer digital software solutions to assist and help reduce any financial stress. During COVID-19, we have provided financial support and guidance to many local businesses regarding the new legislation that was released daily from the government.”

Alderman Jim Dillon MBE, Chairman of the Development Committee said, “I am delighted to hear that this thriving Lisburn business is going from strength to strength. Melanie is a forward-thinking accountant who is digitally aware. With an extensive wealth of knowledge, she provides a high level of service to her clients and enables local business owners to streamline their operations and ultimately grow their business. I wish Melanie every success in the future. Lisburn & Castlereagh City Council looks forward to working with her team in the years ahead."
