M Squared Accountancy makes grand entrance to Lisburn City Centre

Lisburn & Castlereagh City Council welcomes Melanie Coey and Maurice Smyth, partners of M Squared Accountancy to Smithfield Square.

M Squared Accountancy has gone from strength to strength from their spare rooms in their own residences in Lisburn to utilising the Council’s hot desking facilities in the City Hub and now opening in a revamped office in the heart of the City Centre.

Offering an efficient & affordable service, M Squared Accountancy advises both start up and established companies on a range of accountancy matters including Sole Traders & Partnerships, Limited Company Accounts, Self-Assessment & Corporation Tax, Payroll & Pensions, VAT & Bookkeeping. They are a forward thinking accountancy firm who specialise in Cloud Accounting such as Sage, Xero & QuickBooks. Melanie herself is also a regular speaker on Radio Ulster on topical business issues.

Speaking at the event the partners said: “Having established ourselves in the Council’s shared workspace, ‘Cityhub’ less than a year ago, we are delighted to have gone one step further and opened in newly refurbished premises in Lisburn City Centre.  We hope that the people and businesses of this City and beyond will be impressed by the progression we have made in a short space of time and the expert service we have to offer.”

The office was opened in the company of Alderman William Leathem, Chairman of the Council’s Development Committee. Commenting at the event he remarked “M Squared Accountancy is very welcome to our city, and we are delighted that this diverse company has decided to open here.  This is another sign that the professional services offering in Lisburn Castlereagh is thriving.  I've no doubt the addition of this office tenant will be warmly welcomed by the commercial sector.
