October 22, 2020

Mayor of Lisburn & Castlereagh City Council, Councillor Nicholas Trimble would like to remind all residents about his Halloween Challenge, which is a photo challenge.

Residents of all ages including local pets are being encouraged to take part in this virtual challenge by submitting a photo of their entry or entries via the council’s corporate Facebook page.

Mayor Trimble speaking about his virtual challenge, said: “Halloween will be different this year due to the current situation with coronavirus.  We know that many will still celebrate with their family or social bubble, which is why I am pleased to offer this photo challenge. People can safely celebrate Halloween by dressing up, writing a poem or creating a piece of artwork.  All they have to do to be in with a chance of winning a prize is submit a photo of their entry via our Facebook page.  Good luck.”
