“I would like to thoroughly commend Harry on his outstanding and invaluable contribution as principal of Harmony Hill Primary School, as well as congratulate him on his tremendous accomplishments as President of the National Association of Head Teachers Northern Ireland. I have no doubt he will be sorely missed.
“As we all know, education has evolved in many ways throughout the past three decades, with many adaptations and transitions, and the longstanding service Harry has demonstrated is to be admired.
“I would like to take this opportunity to sincerely wish Harry a long and happy retirement,” concluded Mayor Bloomfield.
